Dentsu International is a growing global marketing collaborative of brands focusing on Media & Performance, Creative, and CXM, meaning there is lots of exciting work, people, and culture! We’re currently looking to add a stellar Bilingual Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our stellar team.

Reporting to the Director of Talent Acquisition, the Talent Acquisition Coordinator will support the talent acquisition and talent development team (L&D) by managing the candidate and new hire experience and providing administrative support throughout the talent acquisition process. They will align with our vision of innovating like never-before through possibilities, connectedness, opportunities and commitment to our people and society! This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking for an entry-level role and is eager to gain experience on a fast-paced human resources team.

Scope of responsibilities:

  • Manage full-cycle candidate experience, including candidate communication, onboarding our new hires, maintaining candidate data in SmartRecruiters (ATS) and Workday (HRIS), and preparing employee contracts, and other related documents.
  • Maintain accurate candidate data in our applicant tracking system, Smart Recruiters.
  • Manage employee onboarding by working with our technology and operations teams while providing a high-touch experience for new hires.
  • Support the Learning and Development team through project management, documentation, communication and other tasks that support the successful execution and implementation of L&D programs.
  • Oversee sending out weekly Excel reports and update necessary Excel spreadsheets.
  • Oversee online learning platform subscriptions and administration.
  • Support with diversity, inclusion and learning initiatives.
  • Supports with the creation and development of training materials presentations, prework, instructions, multimedia aids, tutorials etc. 

Qualifications

  • Relevant talent acquisition, recruitment operations, or talent development experience.
  • Bilingual in English and French (Written and Verbal). A very good level in English is mandatory for this role as you will work on national open roles, and closely with our team in Ontario.
  • Experience implementing successful fresh, creative approaches to talent acquisition.
  • A general affinity for learning new technology and optimizing systems
  • Experience working with an ATS or HRIS (we use SmartRecruiters and Workday).
  • Comfortable in a client-centric and collaborative environment.
