Job Description

  • Project Manage digital media projects. Manage schedules, budgets, and project priorities.
  • Be the secondary point of contact for a key client and provide accurate status updates and manage their expectations.
  • Coordinate internal project teams, closely managing resourcing and traffic while preserving project health
  • Analytical skills and problem-solving skills needed to manage multiple factors on a project simultaneously
  • Maintain a solution-oriented outlook by identifying risks and developing appropriate mitigation plans over the project lifecycle
  • As a member of our account services team, you will work closely with a variety of people across the agency, including designers, strategists, and marketing experts
  • Manage one or more large, complex projects simultaneously.
  • Strong team working skills across matrixed client, supplier, and geographically dispersed virtual teams.
  • A familiarity with common best practices in the worlds of digital marketing
  • Create project plans
  • Briefing and working with digital strategists and creative teams
  • High proficiency with Google Suite, particularly Sheets and Slides
  • Experience using project managements tools (eg: Mavenlink, Asana, Monday, Basecamp)

Qualifications

  • 2-4 years of relevant work experience in digital and performance marketing
  • A minimum of 3 years project management experience 
  • Knowledge and understanding of the basics in performance marketing
  • Experience and ability to perform data analysis skills
  • Experience managing and implementing projects
  • Advanced to intermediate level Excel & PowerPoint experience 
  • Ability to work independently, self-motivated, organized and self-disciplined
  • Proven ability to quantify and analyze customer data / results in a concise easily understood format tailored to the audience
  • Experience using project managements tools (eg: Mavenlink, Asana, Monday, Basecamp)
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills both verbal and written; Ability to articulate digital performance practices and fundamentals
