Job Description

The Account Manager, Client Services is responsible for leading the agency relationship with several clients, and will be responsible for building and managing teams, effectively executing campaign development and management, and driving the overall business analysis.

  • Mines data, provides insights and offers recommendations (to Supervisor/Director) on business-oriented challenges/opportunities
  • Demonstrates understanding of client’s business/competitive marketplace (can effectively anticipate questions, demonstrates broader business implications and addresses or pushes back on questions/inquiries)
  • Manages the development and delivery of a variety of client deliverables ranging from campaign reports to status documents
  • Operates as client’s daily contact on project status & requests, while coordinating cross-department
  • Research competitors and generate POV’s about the marketplace and implications for the client
  • Effectively trains new employees and mentors more junior Account Management team members
  • Proactively recognizes opportunities and demonstrates intellectual curiosity and creativity in generating business ideas with Supervisor/Director
  • Assists with logistics, presentations, and pitch materials for business growth opportunities

Qualifications

  • 2-5 years of agency experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Keynote
  • Experience and knowledge of best practices in managing social communities such as: Facebook, Twitter,
  • Snapchat, Instagram Pinterest, YouTube, and the latest up and coming platform
  • A desire to learn and create every day
  • Focused on recommending solutions, rather than simply raising red flags
  • Flawlessly execute projects with strong attention to detail
  • Exhibit passion for the work – willing to stand up for the team and for their ideas
  • Proactively recognizes opportunities and demonstrates intellectual curiosity

The anticipated salary range for this position is $51,000 - $80,000. Salary is based on a wide range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications, and geography.  A range of medical, dental, vision, 401(k) matching, paid time off, and/or other benefits also are available.
