Job Description

  • Provide strategic vision from a social leadership POV – be the main driver of the strategy in social, drive cultural and social excellence for various clients

  • Partner with client leads and other agency departments to drive holistic business results

  • Manage, coach, and guide integrated team across the creative service line of content strategists, community managers and content creators

  • Oversee teams who are publishing social content daily and be able to provide guidance on content and boosting content where needed

  • Be a forward-thinking leader familiar with emerging trends, platforms and tools

  • Establish strong social strategies and map out campaign roadmaps/communications plans across all the social channels

  • Drive best in class processes, reporting and insights across teams

  • Be able to identify new scoping opportunities with clients to sell content engine model and scope the requirements

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience working at an agency leading social media for brands

  • Experience growing teams and being seen as a strong coach and mentor

  • Excellent client relationship skills –being seen as a critical client partner

  • Proven success launching cutting edge and award-winning social media work for brands

  • Knowledge of the latest social media platforms, best in class brand engagements and understand what “leading edge” social is

  • Knowledge of the technology behind the platforms to drive successful tactics in organic and paid
