Job Description

This new role was created to support the Commercial Finance Director and the Client Leadership Teams in the various client compliance reportings.

  • Ownership of the client compliance & reporting deliverables
  • Supervision of the timesheet governance
  • Ownership of client credit risk assessments and credit insurance

Contribution level:

  • Requires knowledge of the commercial aspects of the business and experience in own discipline

Key accountabilities:

  • Supervise the timesheet administrator
  • Collaboration with DAN Functions, Commercial Finance Directors and Client teams to ensure the management of contract compliance and audits.
  • Proactive management of the risk presented by non-compliance with client contract in the governance of Dentsu Aegis Network at a market level
  • Participation in Global Training initiatives relating to Contract Compliance Management and responsible for delivering training which is targeted at market teams
  • Build an understanding of the various client contract reporting requirements and communicate to the different stakeholders
  • Collect necessary data and prepare reports per client requirements
  • Support the business in monitoring compliance and escalate potential risks identified and build mitigation plans with the relevant stakeholders
  • Support with global and local client audits
  • Main point of contact for client reporting and communications with the dentsu Global Team
  • Timesheet governance
  • Credit insurance and risk assessment process
  • Build a clear understanding of the commercial and operational terms for clients which are under one’s responsibility
  • Proactively seek to improve how we operate internally and externally, with a strong “how can we do this better” approach
  • Ad hoc analysis as required

Qualifications

  • Strong technology skills/Advanced Excel capabilities
  • CPA or CPA candidate (preferred)
  • Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization in both oral and written form
  • Strong commercial acumen and contract understanding
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in Commercial Finance or Risk/Contract Compliance
  • Ability to collaborate with different teams in a multi-location and remote work environment
  • Ability to manage fast moving and disparate projects with an ability to prioritise high risk environments with colleagues
  • Ability to prioritise complex and often interrelated tasks
  • Self-motivated, driven & able to deliver under pressure
