Job Description

As an Associate Creative Director, you will:

  • Work closely with the Creative Directors and Group Creative Directors to provide day-to-day leadership and implement the vision and direction for the account and team.
  • Work with an ACD/Art partner in the development of standout and strategically focused concepts and campaigns.
  • Be the greatest advocate for our work and expertly manage the creative process.
  • Inspire and motivate the team as well as provide consistent mentorship and constructive feedback.
  • Throw your expertise into the art of crafting new business pitches that leave us and our prospective clients feeling awed & inspired.
  • Participate in client meetings and lead presentations.
  • Identify and Interview prospective creative candidates.
  • Work with creative management to address performance, workflow, and quality issues and develop long-range plans for the creative group.
  • Demonstrate to clients that you understand their business and marketing challenges and are responsive to the strategic and creative needs.

Qualifications

  • 7+ Years of agency experience.
  • Experience providing leadership across disciplines and channels.
  • Extensive client management and engagement experience
  • A proven track record of creative ability and judgement.
  • Successful client contact experience and the ability to work collaboratively with account management.
  • Excellent presentation skills.
