Job Description

The Manager, Audience and Insights will be equal parts VISION and PRECISION, who has an aptitude for both qualitative and quantitative thinking. The Manager will leverage their strong data chops to implement and manage location-based OOH attribution studies – including but not limited to working with vendor partners, providing insights, and evaluating recommendations. The Manager will work directly with the Associate Director to manage the end-to-end data and insight delivery processes, drive opportunities for automation and innovation, and ensure all around team success.

We are seeking a self-motivated individual who is execution focused, able to deliver under tight timelines, and manage the data challenges in working with OOH placements and location-based data. Success in this role requires the ability to manage complexity while also collaborating across multiple teams and outside vendors.

Key Responsibilities:

· Manage and assume accountabilities for all aspects of client projects including data integration, measurement, insight development and reporting

· Synthesizes multiple disparate data sources and research (first-party, third-party, syndicated) through a full suite of analytical tools to create a single holistic view of the consumer

· Navigates any new data sets with excellent data intuition, ensuring data integrity throughout

· Deploys, manages, and analyzes custom survey results

· Creates ad-hoc reports, identifies key learnings, and draws conclusions based on interpretation of data

· Collaborates with Media and Planning teams to turn data into opportunities to fuel client growth

· Automates and accelerates data collection, classification, and analysis to increase team efficiency

· Ability to participate & lead executive-level presentations for an internal or external audience

· Reviews and evaluates new and existing research resources in terms of quality, reliability, methodology and ease of use; some resources include mobile and location measurement, data providers, and analytic tools

· Potential to participate in new business efforts

· Establish positive relationships with vendors, internal and external teams

· Reports to Associate Director, Audience and Insights

Qualifications

· Bachelor’s Degree or relevant experience in insights/analytics within a data-driven environment

· Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, coupled with high levels of curiosity, autonomy, and self-motivation

· Excellent written and oral communication skills

· Ability to prioritize, multi-task and manage multiple deadlines at once

· Passion for innovation and independent thinking

· Exceptional attention to detail

· Proficient in MS Office with advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills

· Previous experience with location-based data and OOH experience is a plus
