Job Description

As an Account Coordinator, you are a doer. You are responsible for the support and service of the client and Account team, and you understand the importance of getting things done. You are an organized and detail-oriented individual who can juggle several projects at the same time. You have strong communication skills (both oral and written), are an active listener and have an exceptional ability to manage timelines. You are business-minded, and make a concerted effort to stay abreast of developments in your client’s category and/or industry. You have a knack for bringing order to chaotic situations and are proactive at resolving issues that have the potential to derail a project timeline. You are a natural problem solver and can think on your feet. You are resilient, have a drive and eagerness that is evident to those around you, and focus your efforts to ensure successful completion of all your assignments. You provide exceptional support to your team and show an active interest in growing towards an Account Manager role.

Qualifications

The purpose of this role is to assist the team in their day to day duties and coordination of campaigns and initiatives.

  • Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) from four-year college or university (preferably in marketing, advertising or related field)
  • Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, verbally and in writing
  • Results oriented and self-motivated
  • Ability to balance multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Strong work ethic and attention to detail, reliably and great energy
  • Knowledge of marketing program development and implementation
  • Knowledge of marketing communications or integrated marketing
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and Word required
