Job Description

The purpose of this role is to monitor the end to end Timesheets process.

  • Ensure all timesheets are entered in a timely manner for all dentsu Canada entities in accordance with the Timesheet Policy.
  • Monitor anomalies, access issues, missing timesheets, non-clients project codes, etc and ensure resolution.
  • Escalate issues to employees managers or project budget owners as deemed necessary.
  • Publish monthly management reports and scorecards to service line and brands as per defined models, as well as developping pertinent reports based on business needs.
  • Support Client Profitability team in providing information required to prepare Client Profitability analysis as needed.
  • Provide live trainning sessions of new and existing users, maintain training material and ensure availability to all employees.
  • Monitor Workday integration errors with D365.
  • Intercompany timsheet administration
  • Hour Journal Preparation for adjustments in D365.
  • Maintain timesheets not required status where a user does not need to complete timesheets
  • Supports ad-hoc timesheet  information requests as and when required (client audits, mandatory client reporting, etc)

Qualifications

  • Strong technology skills
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel required. Queries creation.
  • Fluent in English and French
  • 1 to 2 years of experience in similar position
  • Ability to collaborate in a multi-locations environment
  • Experience with contract / audit compliance.
  • Knowledge and proven experience with finance, budgeting and cost control principles
  • Previous experience with media systems such as Adtraq or EAS,  D365
  • Proven working experience in a media agency as asset
