Job Description

As an Account Executive at DentsuBos, you will be an integral member of the account service team by providing support and assistance in managing the client’s projects and ensuring that day-to-day activities run smoothly. The Account Executive sets the tone for how the account is managed by assuring focus on key client objectives and actively contributes to the success of projects assigned to him/her by the Account Supervisor and/or Account Director.  

RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Supports the Account Supervisor/Director and wider team with general client liaison and administration; builds project estimates, client contact reports, work back schedules, etc.  
  • Contributes to the development and maintenance of a trusting relationship with clients by ensuring timely follow-ups on the projects assigned to him/her. 
  • Coordinates and schedules meetings and is responsible for weekly status report upkeep. 
  • Coordinates creative and production teams dedicated to the projects. 
  • Updates projects with feedback from clients. Updates and distributes documents as needed. 
  • Performs competitive research and produces competitive analysis reports. 
  • Produces campaign post-mortem documents by liaising with media, strategy, creative, and production. 
  • Manages administrative aspects of projects: from docket creation to invoicing to financial reconciliation of mandates. 
  • Performs other duties, as assigned 

Qualifications

  • Perfectly bilingual- French & English.
  • University degree in communications/marketing/administration.
  • 2 years of relevant work experience in a similar function.  
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 
  • Highly adaptable and able to perform in a dynamic environment.  
  • Comfortable working independently with strong organizational and prioritization skills. 
  • Quick learner and detail-oriented.  
  • Proficient use of Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Keynote.
