Job Description

Carat is seeking a Supervisor, Global Media Planning to join our team, supporting one of our largest clients, a global tech giant. Reporting to the Director, Planning, you will be responsible for project managing numerous global campaigns. You will work with internal local and global media, analytics, reporting and finance teams - as well as your client - to develop and manage project timelines and other relevant tasks.

You Will:

  • Work closely with internal global teams and external partners to ensure that appropriate materials are received and/or distributed correctly (this may include flow charts, monthly budget trackers, reports, etc.).
  • Oversee planning of integrated campaigns including TV, OOH, Search, Social, Display, etc.
  • Coordinate and manage all deliverables to ensure on-time and accurate delivery.
  • QA all deliverables
  • Manage relationships with the client and local market media teams globally.
  • Recognize recurrent or potential issues; escalate when appropriate.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 3+ years of agency experience
  • Understanding of the media planning process
  • Experience planning integrated campaigns
