Job Description

  • Identify and define and develop change strategies
  • Identify, define and drive process changes
  • Responsible for process automation
  • Establish governance across different functions of organization

Qualifications

  • At least 10 years of hands on change management experience in any organization
  • Must understand change management fundamentals
  • An excellent communicator and team player
  • Experience of working closely with project teams & all / key stakeholders
  • An analytical mind to discern the potential impact of changes on company culture, morale, productivity, and profitability
  • Proactive, self-disciplined and motivated
