Job Description

Due to our growth, 360i is looking for a Media Technology Manager. The purpose of this role is to deliver best-in-class media technology and ad operations solutions and services to our clients. This individual will partner with agency account teams as well as collaborate and work with our technology partners regularly to ensure optimal platform and technical operations support.

Campaign Support:

o   The Media Tech Manager will own the campaign implementation process from beginning to end.

o   The Manager will act as a liaison between internal account teams and support trafficking needs by scheduling placements, ads, and creatives as necessary throughout life of campaigns and issue tags, trackers, and creative assets to media partners, ad networks, and demand side platforms.

o   This individual will work with account teams to facilitate requests in the ad serving platform (i.e., GCM, Sizmek), implement tagging/pixel requests, and be the point of contact for AdOps internal teams on trafficking technology and implementation.

o   This person will work independently and actively engage within GCM/Sizmek, troubleshooting digital creative, ticketing system, and quickly grasp a solid understanding of digital terminology, procedures, and best practices. 

Technical Operations:

o   Implement additional survey, audience measurement, verification, and other tracking components for vendors such as Adobe, Salesforce/Krux, Kantar, IAS, DoubleVerify, Moat, Truste, etc. in addition to creating and managing floodlight tags to ensure proper conversion tracking.

o   The Manager will be responsible to help coordinate or implement vendor pixels for on-site tracking, QA campaign setup, creative, floodlight tags, and vendor pixels and troubleshoot creative, data gathering, and tracking issues.

o   Other responsibilities include pulling ad hoc reports, screening incoming creative according to ad server specs and technical requirements documentation, coordinating the rotation of ads and escalating any technological issues to the Media Tech Supervisor. 

Client/Account Team Relationship:

    • Work with media, creative and analytics teams at the onset of a campaign to identify and implement all creative and technical requirements.
    • Engages with all work-related contacts in a professional & respectful manner

o   Demonstrates active listening skills and ability to apply learnings over time

o   Recognize recurrent or potential issues and problems, and know when to escalate and propose solutions, where possible

Qualifications

·       Bachelor’s Degree (preferred) 

·       2-3 years’ experience

·       Working knowledge of GCM/Sizmek, Viewability/DCO partners, DMP, Tag Management, Conversion Tags & other Ad Technologies

·       Strong written and verbal communication, analytical and organizational skills 

·       Support teams in preparing and delivering assets to media vendors 

·       Ability to multi-task 

·       Effective time management capabilities

·       Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Lotus Notes

·       Ability to learn quickly, work independently, and collaboratively 

·       Comprehensive understanding & successful application of secondary research tools.
