Job Description

The Media Coordinator supports the Account Manager(s) while engaging in activities and taking on responsibilities designed to promote his/her industry knowledge and client services acumen.  Media Coordinators will have the opportunity to manage client campaigns across clients from the dentsu network of agencies including Carat, DentsuX, and iProspect.  The role will include on-the-job training in industry landscape and technologies, technology partnerships, campaign management, client services, ad trafficking, analysis, and communications. 

Key Accountabilities:

•       Work closely with Account Managers to set up campaigns across various consoles                                                                                                                                                                                         

•       Manage delivery reporting across campaigns and provide optimization suggestions to enhance campaign performance

•       Review and execute campaign optimizations

•       Act as account point person for Agency ad operations, coordinating assets for upcoming campaign launches

•       Provide regular reports to account management team for agency and client status meetings

•       Troubleshoot campaign set up, tag management, brand safety set up, performance and pace fluctuations

•       Become an expert in the digital display ecosystem understanding the taxonomy of programmatic media landscape and its components. 

•       Become proficient in pulling data from programmatic buying and analytics systems and understanding its outputs

•       Become an expert in our publisher technology, primarily our partner DSPs and their consoles

•       Co-manage media vendor delivery reporting and execute campaign reconciliations on a monthly basis

Qualifications

•       Bachelor’s degree

•       Excellent verbal and written communications

•       Interest in Digital Media

•       Previous internship or work experience in a professional environment preferred

•       Strong attention to detail

•       Ability to prioritize multiple tasks

•       Solutions orientated with strong critical thinking skill

•       Strong analytical thinking and mathematical skills

•       Comfortable with analysis and data

•       Experience working with business applications; MS Office Suite desired

Additional Information

Job can be performed 100% remote for the right individual even after it is safe to return to an office setting. EST preferred. Must be able to work EST hours
