Job Description

This position is essential to the day-to-day vendor payments process and audit compliance of digital campaigns for a large global client. The associate’s main responsibility is the processing and approval of digital invoices from receipt through clearance for payment while ensuring strict adherence to client mandated timelines. This position requires an individual that works well in a team-based, fast paced, detail-oriented environment. The successful Associate is resourceful, demonstrates the initiative to problem solve, follows directions from management, and is deadline driven.

KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY 

 Digital Operations Management: 

  • Manage multiple lines of business in actualization and reconciliation of digital media campaigns  
  • Work closely with the Media team, Financial Operations, Accounts Payable, publishers, platforms and ad tech vendors to secure timely receipt and payment of invoices
  • Ensure adherence to audit guidelines
  • Meet client’s quarterly reconciliation timelines 
  • Resolve reporting and billing discrepancies 
  • Enforce the internal escalation processes 
  • Provide consistent and clear reporting of account activity and campaign status
  • Provide guidance to assistants on team, ensuring proper protocol

 

Client & Internal Relationships: 

  • Support teams in discrepancy resolution, managing proof of performance reporting 
  • Work with internal finance teams to provide status of open items
  • Engage with all work-related contacts in a professional & respectful manner 
  • Possess mature and professional business acumen in personal and written communications
  • Lead ongoing status meetings with internal stakeholders

Qualifications

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business or a similar analytical track
  • 1-2 years of hands-on digital reconciliation or finance operations experience
  • Familiarity with Prisma and DDS
  • Effective time management and strong problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite; intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel is a plus
  • Experience on a high revenue business is a plus
