Job Description

Reporting into the Senior Account Director, as an Account Manager, you will lead the day to day for the account team, working with the Services team to develop creative solutions for our clients. 

You will:

  • Create commercial solutions that balance client and agency values
  • Build trust and maintain relationships with clients
  • Be the main contact for the clients, working with the Services team to manage client's day-to- day needs
  • Work collaboratively to translate strategic vision into tactical solutions and results
  • Immerses yourself in clients' business: understanding their goals, external economic environment, industries; also know their business model, how it is performing and what success looks like
  • Oversee operational success of outcomes to ensure deliverables are met on time and on budget
  • Work with Associate/AADs to monitor account revenue growth and take accountability for accurate billing and forecasting to ensure financial health of accounts
  • Lead preparation for and participate in quarterly business review meetings and other client meetings (including new business pitches)
  • Exhibits leadership across account team and office, Role model of the DAN Values

Qualifications

You have/are:

  • 4+ years' experience
  • Strategic mindset and troubleshooting skills in a client-centric environment
  • Skillful collaborator, with a keen analytical eye capable of working across multiple lines of business (clients) and internal departments in developing strategies to help deliver again client goals 
  • Actively manage client expectations and effectively communicate changes to plans 
  • Detail-oriented and a strong planner 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
  • Experience presenting information both orally and in writing 
  • Working knowledge with financial data and budgets
  • Analyzation skills for complex issues and to develop realistic plans, programs, and recommendations to solve client challenges
  • Experience with digital performance marketing initiatives such as Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Website Marketing and Integrated strategies.
