Job Description

iProspect is looking for a Paid Social Director. You will provide strategic planning and direction for your client(s). You will focus on growing revenue and capabilities of the Paid Social team while reporting to the VP, Group Account Director.

You will:

  • Develop central client strategies and ensure that the team is aligned on process
  • Develop relationships with decision-makers at all relevant social media platform partners
  • Work with your client services team to manage client relationships related to paid social strategy, team, and performance
  • Ensure best practice and innovation in all activities with a focus on knowledge sharing across teams
  • Manage direct reports and promote team development
  • Grow client revenue by highlighting capabilities
  • Partner with other channels to develop cohesive strategies to achieve client goals
  • Contribute to new business development

Qualifications

You have:

  • 9+ years of experience at a digital agency, with a focus on biddable media and Paid Social
  • Experience managing large-scale Paid Social campaigns using Twitter, Facebook, Pinterest, Tumblr, Instagram, and YouTube.
  • A passion for Paid Social developments and technologies
  • Managerial experience, including experience developing and mentoring a team
  • A comfort communicating with senior-level team members
  • A client-centric approach to solving problems
  • Advanced project management skills for managing client expectations
  • A strategic plan for revenue and team growth
