An Associate Creative Director Art Director at mcgarrybowen will assimilate a broad range of skill and experience to guide a team to develop creative solutions to live across all forms of traditional media. A successful ACD will independently lead brands, mentor juniors, and manage the daily progress of a project from start to finish. They will also have regular client interaction and presentations. You will report directly to the Global CD of a financial service brand, but the role will include brands beyond and new business pitches.

• Design across a range of media (broadcast, social, digital, activations.
• Contribute new ideas and creative solutions appropriate for traditional media outlets.
• Enhance the work of juniors and challenging them to push beyond what's expected and helping them stay motivated and on track.
• Partner with and presenting to clients and senior team members across departments.
• Lead by example Has some design skills (adobe suite proficient), but most importantly, great ideas
• 6+ years experience
