Job Description

The Social Marketing Manager is part of an innovative content model made up of Social Marketing Managers who are passionate consumers and doers of social and understand what goes into making compelling and best in class social content. As a Social Content Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Daily community management across brand's channels (responding to fans, identifying real time moments and brand banter opportunities).
  • Create social first content for the channels (Instagram Story, etc) and working with creative content partner to establish and post strong content that is in line with the brand's voice.
  • Write social copy to help develop the brand's tone of voice.
  • Report on social performance, pulling and sharing weekly insights with internal teams and clients.
  • Work alongside clients, partnering with them in their space part-time (currently on hold due to COVID-19).

Qualifications

  • 2-4 years experience working in the social media space, specifically in an agency setting.
  • 2+ years experience managing or owning social channels for major brands.
  • Strong creative eye, demonstrating an ability to create social content and provide visual guidance for social assets.
  • 1+ years management of a robust content calendar, showcasing an ability to oversee multiple moving pieces.
  • Passion and excitement for the social media landscape.
