Job Description

Isobar is looking for a Producer to work on Chevy's MyWay experience. MyWay is a revolutionary platform, built from the successful Cadillac LIVE experience, that allows the brand to interact in four ways with consumers:

  • 1:1 Experience: Consumers can engage via private livestream directly with a live Chevy agent to ask questions about specific vehicles
  • 1:Many Always On Experience: Consumers can engage via public livestream with a live Chevy agent for vehicle walk-arounds
  • 1:Many Big Event Experience: Chevy can broadcast live events (Concerts, panels, etc.) featuring personalities (Celebrities, influencers, executives, employees, etc.) to the thousands
  • Virtual Auto Show: Chevy brings the excitement and discovery of the auto show to an interactive experience featuring virtual vehicles.

You will be a senior partner to another Producer, working together to produce the daily Chevy MyWay 1:1 and 1:Many live streams. You are responsible for the cross-team coordination of the MyWay studio’s tech needs, equipment needs and vehicle needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with the MyWay Agents, including Brand Ambassadors, being a leader in building the relationships between client and agency while the live streams take place
  • Manage your partner Producer, ensuring all call logs and documentation of caller details are done effectively and efficiently
  • Lead the troubleshooting of any tech issues and collaborate with the tech team to resolve any problems that may arise
  • Conduct a safe environment throughout the space and production of any/all live streams, including a code of conduct between consumers and agents
  • Oversee the set-up, tear down and sanitizing of all equipment and gear used during production and live streams
  • Monitor the use of vehicles, ensuring they are fully prepped and managing their transitions

Qualifications

  • 5+ years experience in the production field, with experiential industry a plus
  • 3+ years experience in the hands-on process of setting up and tearing down of a live production
  • 3+ years experience leading a team by being the voice of communication and collaboration
  • 2+ years background in tech a plus
