Job Description

The purpose of this role is to support the team by preparing, evaluating, and negotiating contracts, providing data, analysis and interpretation on all elements of group and market spend and trading

Qualifications

General Duties 

  • Maintain a center excellence for contract compliance  

  • Drive contract compliance to client contracts 

  • Manage internal deadlines to drive on time client reporting  

  • Manage compliance surveys/internal reviews (survey development, Q/A of responses, perform any required follow-up actions) 

  • Provide support to global audits team for both external and internal audits  

  • Conduct pre-reviews to prepare business teams for external audits 

  • Providing guidance based on what is required in the client contract  

  • Provide support to commercial finance group from a contractual perspective  

  • Develop trainings and materials to guide client teams on best practices  

 

Education/Experience  

Bachelor’s Degree or Paralegal Certification

1+ years experience in contract compliance administration  

Demonstrated experience in driving compliance  

Proficient in MS Office
