The MVT Lead will be responsible for driving strategy, and for planning and execution of MVT projects for various Isobar clients. This position is an integral part of the Optimization team. Candidates should have a thorough understanding of testing practices, ranging from day-to-day tasks (development and analysis of running experiments, delivery of results, etc.) to defining and implementing strategic components for clients (assess / strategize testing opportunities, develop new testing ideas / practices, define implementation plans). Candidates will be responsible for conducting extensive reviews and provide recommendations to enhance the overall experience of client websites.

  • Mentor and train junior MVT developers to expand their skills and knowledge of front-end development and conversion optimization/testing
  • Proactively anticipate issues and develop solutions
  • Drive actionable insights from tests, and deliver technical and statistical information to non-technical client team members
  • Ensure accurate, high quality, statistical analysis of test data
  • Identify successes, failures and trends across sites, and effectively communicate these findings to the organization
  • Measure results against stated objectives, applying a variety of analysis tools to interpret data and identify key patterns and findings
  • Combine test results with other relevant data sources, both internal and external, to enhance the quality of the insights
  • Develop processes that enable the successful development of experiments
  • Provide support and troubleshooting to ensure cross-functional business partners are clear as to their roles and responsibilities throughout the test process
  • Deliver test results and insightful data to client management teams

Qualifications

  • 4 or more years of experience in front-end technical development, with a minimum of 2-3 years of A/B and MVT experience

  • Experience in working with various practices (Technology, Creative, User Experience, Media Planning) to develop assets and plans for optimization
  • Experience with analyzing test results, formulating additional strategies based on the results, and delivering the analysis to clients

Nice to Haves:
