Job Description

The Associate participates in the planning, review and optimization of Paid Search and Paid Social campaigns including reporting and managing specific accounts.  

Qualifications

Key Accountabilities:

  • Support the Paid Search/Social campaign against client's key performance indicators
  • Understand and speak to of Paid Search and Social Fundamentals/Best Practices
  • Drive effective client services and client relationships with accurate and timely performance communication
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, and key internal and external partners to nurture performance growth
  • Collect, review, compile, and manage accurate client data to ensure optimal performance on all campaigns
  • Identify insights and work with Analytics to build reports
  • Liaise with other channels
  • Participate in brainstorming and contribute to the development of strategy
  • Proactively manage campaign optimization, pacing, audits, trending analysis, and development of reporting

Qualifications:

  • Knowledge and understanding of the basics in performance marketing
  • Ability and experience in using all paid search and paid social media platforms (SA360, Google Adwords, Bing Ads, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Snapchat)
  • Experience and ability to perform data analysis skills and strong Excel skills
  • Strong QA abilities with an eye for detail
  • Project management ability
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills both verbal and written; Ability to articulate paid media best practices and fundamentals 
  • High levels of integrity, autonomy, and self-motivation
