Job Description

The Conversion Rate Optimization Specialist will assist in the development of conversion strategies and testing plans for online enterprises.

This Conversion Specialist has some experience conducting conversion audits, analyzing website usability and developing efficient test scenarios that lead to enhanced site performance. Successful candidates can:

  • Communicate effectively at all levels of a client organization to drive business change
  • Exploit the latest technologies for personalization and optimization to drive business outcomes
  • Develops data-driven insights to extract every nugget of information from the customer journey
  • Author user experiences that drive conversion and amplify paid search media (SEM)
  • Work independently to rapidly prototype test hypotheses 

The ideal candidate will go beyond basic reporting and will provide valuable learnings, feedback and recommendations to the client. This requires a keen eye to detail and love for problem solving by peeling away layers of data to suggest constructive hypotheses, test design plans, advanced analytics engagements, consumer experience deep dives, and competitive opportunities to improve business performance on a regular basis. 

Collaboration is at the core of our business success, as the Conversion Rate Optimization Specialist will create tightknit and dynamic relationships with 360i’s Analytics, Media, Data Science, and Experience Design teams. 

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development of data-driven conversion strategies and user experience strategies based on customer segmentation analysis and customer behavior
  • Be a thought leader in the area of Conversion Optimization by staying on top of trends in marketing and conversion optimization technology
  • Understand and develop strategies to react to shifts in online behavior
  • Work with technology, analytics, media and design teams to optimize campaigns and ensure timely deliverables that meet client expectations and drive client ROI
  • Design measurement strategies for our key clients by developing KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) which align with client business intent and guide client dynamic landing page implementations
  • Implement multivariate testing strategies for dynamic landing pages and other dynamic site content
  • Implement audience profiling and content personalization strategies to drive conversion
  • Track, measure, and report on all client work.
  • Stay current with industry trends and standard methodologies.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated knowledge of digital marketing
  • Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Computer Science or related area
  • 2-3+ years of experience with web analytics, UX and digital media
  • Experience with Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics reporting
  • Experience in clickstream data analysis
  • Working knowledge of at least one best-in-class conversion testing platform is a plus, but not required. (Adobe Target, Google Optimize, Optimizely, Dynamic Yield, Monetate, Oracle Maxymiser)
  • Understanding of statistical hypothesis testing
  • Experience designing and executing A|B and multivariate testing strategies for dynamic landing pages a plus, but not required
  • Ability to effectively multi-task in a dynamic and deadline driven atmosphere
  • Proficient business writing and professional etiquette skills
  • Possess good organizational and presentation skills
  • Proficient with web analytics and full-funnel reporting (i.e. Google Analytics, Salesforce)
  • High computer application literacy (including Microsoft Office Suite)
  • Creative thinker who enjoys coming up with new ideas to test
  • Enjoys collaboration with team members and working towards a common goal
  • Ability to build rapport and trust with clients and understand their requirements
  • Ability to effectively listen and ask compelling questions
  • Must be able to work well in a team environment and independently under minimal supervision
  • Excellent analytical skills, including the ability to analyze data, draw conclusions and offer recommendations
  • Ability to manage, track and prioritize many tasks
  • Great verbal and written communications skills
