Job Description

360i is looking for a Media Manager to join its growing paid search group. This is an exciting role on a newly established team, so if you are a motivated team player that thrives in fast paced, entrepreneurial environment, this position is perfect for you! 

As a Media Manager, you will be responsible for planning, optimizing, and reporting on search campaign performance in order to meet and surpass the clients’ success metrics. Additionally, you will play an active role in supporting the team with industry & competitive research, testing opportunities, and news related to product enhancements & innovation.

You will:

  • Develop and present weekly performance analysis while proactively addressing trends and recommending next steps
  • Participate in ongoing Search Engine Marketing (SEM) campaign management, including reporting, account health and hygiene maintenance, bidding & investment strategy, creative writing, and more
  • Assist the team in planning and forecasting performance based on historical data and overall expertise
  • Demonstrate a passion for digital marketing by proactively finding and building recommendations on new ways to build the client’s business and grow accounts
  • Manage budget pacing, IO creation and daily campaign monitoring
  • Contribute to strategic discussions by participating in brainstorm meetings with the larger team
  • Master and maintain a vast knowledge of client's business, competition, and latest industry news and trends
  • Build, groom and expand vendor relationships to enhance efficiencies and create better time management

Qualifications

  • Basic understanding of digital media required; experience with paid search marketing and PLA's (SEM) a plus
  • Proficiency with data analysis, performance trending and campaign insights
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Detail-oriented with strong attention to project management and follow-through
  • Excellent communications skills (written/verbal)
  • Strong Excel and strong PowerPoint (PPT) skills
  • Able to follow instruction and balance multiple tasks
