Job Description

360i is looking for an Account Manager to join our growing retail Client teams. This person must have the ambition to take the bull by the horns and want to learn, grow and partner with the best in class. As an Account Manager on this large account, you are responsible for ensuring that communications strategies are effectively and accurately translated into plans as well as leading the management of those plans. In partnership with your manager, you will establish and manage day-to-day operations and be the primary contact internally for all things media and budgets on this client team.  You will be an expert on the client’s business and a leader on a cross-functional team.

Media Planning and Execution:

  • Creating and maintaining flowcharts/ schedules
  • Maintaining budget summaries and track changes from flowchart to generation of media authorizations (MAs)
  • Assist in identifying the best strategic direction and communicating with cross-functional team, including but not limited to providing budget direction, receiving ongoing updates from the team, and communicating next steps
  • In partnership with activation teams, develop POVs for new emerging media or new client opportunities
  • Collaborate with Account Supervisor to establish and maintain timelines, manage implementation of creative assets as well as custom elements (added value timelines and list of deliverables)
  • On-time billing: work with Account Supervisor to QA and ensure accuracy

Account Managers demonstrate:

  • Knowledge of syndicated media and research tools
  • Passion for innovation and excellence in media
  • Speed and efficiency; sense of responsibility, persistency and follow-through
  • Expert use of PowerPoint and Excel
  • Ease and confidence speaking and participating in media discussions with internal team and clients
  • The ability to work with cross functional teams

Qualifications

  • 1.5 to 2 years of relevant Media Planning/Media Account Management experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communication or related field
  • Experience with MediaTools and buying platforms such as DDS, MediaOcean, SpotToolkit
  • A team player with a positive attitude who is able to handle stressful situations and deadlines calmly
  • Ability to plan and carry out responsibilities with passion and a can-do attitude
  • Bonus: working knowledge of Microsoft project or other project management tools
