Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Sr. Business Development Executive/Manager to join our sales team in Pune(Kharadi).

Responsibilities included but not limited to:

  • Develop relationships through phone, email, social media and professional networking
  • Prospect revenue opportunities (cold call) and build a pipeline to chase monthly/quarterly targets.
  • New Client acquisition primarily focusing upon positive relationships at all levels targeting the decision makers of organizations.
  • Develop account relationships and close sales quickly
  • Build a strong client relationship and grow accounts to their maximum potential
  • Introduce the products, understand prospects needs, share relevant proposals, negotiate, close the deal, after sales service and renew the subscription.
  • Coordinate with different departments and act as the customer's point of contact to ensure all queries, problems or issues are dealt with appropriately
  • Manage complete sales cycle independently

Qualifications

 

  • Exceptional written, verbal, phone and presentation skills
  • 4.- 9 years of experience in B2B Technology Sales in the US market.
  • Self-motivated and driven to plan and execute sales generation.
  • Commitment to exceeding targets.
  • Able to build good working relationships across all levels.
  • Able to work in a team and independently.
  • Past experience in team management.
