Job Description
This is a standalone senior HR role responsible for managing and overseeing all HR matters across the Middle East and assigned territories, serving as the primary HR point of contact for the business.
- Develop and implement HR strategy and plan aligned with the company’s business direction.
- Manage the complete employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, development, and offboarding.
- Oversee compensation, benefits, payroll coordination, and HR administration.
- Arrange employee relations activities and resolve workplace issues professionally and confidentially.
- Ensure compliance with employment legislation and company policies.
- Promote and reinforce the company’s core values.
Qualifications
- Minimum 15 years of progressive HR experience, including proven experience in a senior HR role within the GCC region.
- Strong understanding of the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee development, offboarding, and local regulation.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- High level of integrity and professionalism, with the ability to handle confidential and sensitive matters appropriately.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Candidates currently based in the UAE with valid residency and work authorization, and strong knowledge of the local HR market, are preferred.
- Fluent Arabic and English communication skills are required.
