Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Planning and Customer Success Manager to lead our EMEA team supporting the Industrial, Medical, Automotive, and Lighting (IMAL) business. This role is responsible for driving demand and supply planning excellence, leading the regional S&OP process, and ensuring strong collaboration between Sales, Operations, Finance, Product Management, and Manufacturing. The successful candidate will play a critical role in balancing customer satisfaction, inventory optimization, and operational performance while supporting continued business growth across EMEA.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of four supply chain professionals.
- Drive demand planning and forecasting processes to improve forecast accuracy and business visibility.
- Manage supply planning activities across manufacturing sites in China, India, and Slovakia.
- Optimize inventory levels while maintaining targeted customer service performance.
- Lead the EMEA Sales & Operations Planning (SOP) process and facilitate cross-functional alignment.
- Identify and mitigate supply risks, capacity constraints, and service challenges.
- Drive process improvement, standardization, digitalization, and automation initiatives.
- Monitor and improve key supply chain metrics, including forecast accuracy, OTIF, inventory turns, backlog, lead times, and inventory health.
- Build organizational capability and scalable processes to support business growth across EMEA.
Qualifications
- A degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Planning, Operations, or Logistics
- 3+ years of people management experience.
- Experience managing international supply chains and working with manufacturing facilities in Asia and Europe.
- Experience in Electronics, Power Electronics, Industrial Automation, or a related industry is preferred.
- Strong leadership experience in SOP, demand planning, and supply planning.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing capabilities.
- Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP.
- Advanced Excel and data analysis skills.
- Proven project and change management experience.
