Process Specialist
We’re looking for a curious and proactive Process Specialist (Power BI & AI Focus) to join our Drammen office, working with an international team supporting the EMEA region.
In this role, you’ll work with modern tools like Power BI, SAP, SharePoint, and emerging AI technologies to improve processes, solve challenges, and support business decisions. If you enjoy a mix of analytics, systems, and continuous improvement—this could be a great fit for you.
Main Responsibilities
- Build and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards that help the business make informed decisions
- Explore and help implement AI tools and AI agents to improve efficiency and drive innovation
- Support data quality and master data maintenance in SAP
- Help troubleshoot SAP-related issues and collaborate with colleagues to find solutions
- Contribute to process improvements and smarter ways of working
- Create and update documentation to ensure knowledge sharing across the team
- Use SharePoint to support collaboration and process visibility
- Take an active role in an international team, working across the EMEA region
Qualifications
- ~3+ years of relevant experience
- Business experience and understanding of business operations processes, ideally including Sales-related processes
- Relevant education within Business Analytics, Information Systems, Data Science, Business Administration or similar, is an advantage
Key skills
- Strong Power BI experience (data modelling, reporting, dashboards)
- Experience with AI tools / AI agent development
- Analytical thinking and ability to turn data into meaningful insights
- Good understanding of business operations and sales processes
- Attention to detail and commitment to data quality
- Problem-solving mindset with an interest in improving processes
- Ability to work independently while staying connected with the team
- Clear and effective communication skills
Preferred skills Qualifications
- Experience with SAP (MM or SD modules)
- Familiarity with SharePoint
