Job Description

We are looking for a Sales Coordinator to join our Electric Vehicle Charging Business at our Hoofddorp office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage customer orders from entry through to fulfilment, including serial number tracking and order lifecycle management.
  • Monitor and support credit control activities to ensure timely payments and minimize financial risk.
  • Develop and maintain demand forecasts to support production planning and inventory optimization.
  • Prepare regular reports and dashboards for management using tools such as Power BI.
  • Process and validate freight and logistics invoices in line with company procedures.
  • Liaise with production and supply chain teams to confirm lead times and ensure accurate order scheduling.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor´s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or similar.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Supply Chain or Order Management.
  • Experience with SAP and Microsoft Office Suite (including advanced Excel and Power BI skills)
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
