Job Description
We are looking for a precision-oriented Supply Chain & Distribution Specialist to manage the delicate balance of our automotive logistics. This is a high-impact, on-site role where 70% of your focus will be on "Just-in-Time" operations and 30% on supporting our distribution channels. You will plan and set up efficient logistics operations to align with strategic needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Liaise with business units, factories, logistics partners, and customers to ensure seamless shipment arrangements and strictly on-time delivery schedules.
- Manage optimal stock levels using accurate forecasting to maintain a "Just-in-Time" balance, ensuring inventory is neither too high nor too low.
- Execute strategic planning and routing for all inbound and outbound shipments to align with business needs.
- Utilize SAP/EDI for order fulfillment and proactively analyze sales forecasts to stay ahead of dynamic demand cycles.
- Act as the primary operational point of contact for logistics providers, distributors, and sales representatives to ensure they have the necessary support to fulfill orders.
- Monitor logistics KPIs and implement continuous process tweaks to enhance overall operational efficiency.
- Prepare monthly sales reports and business reviews to track channel performance and distribution trends.
- Ensure all logistics operations comply with international regulations and meet specific customer audit requirements.
Qualifications
- Experience: 3+ years in Planning, Inventory, or Supply Chain (Automotive preferred).
- Education: University degree in Logistics, Engineering, or Business.
- Systems: Advanced Excel skills and experience with SAP/EDI.
- Languages: Fluent English (Mandarin is a plus).
- Operational Excellence: High accuracy and speed in a fast-paced, routine-heavy environment.
- Collaboration: Strong negotiation and teamwork skills for managing stakeholders and partners.
- Execution: Highly organized, detail-oriented, and customer-focused.
