Job Description
- Support the Head of Sales, Industrial and operate as the technical interface for the Delta industrial sector throughout EMEA
- Overall responsibility to work with country teams to help to grow profitable business throughout the region in-line with divisional expectations.
- Development of new business opportunities and long-term pan-EMEA internal customer relationships.
- End-to-end technical support of process within technically complex projects.
- Collaboration with internal and international resources to deliver optimal customer solutions.
Qualifications
- Minimum of five to ten years of experience in technical solution sales role within the industrial market segment, preferably within railway and other transportation businesses, industrial and energy companies (DNO’s, and generation), offshore and maritime sectors and defense.
- A strong team player who can take the initiative and has good interpersonal skills.
- Strong technical understanding of electrical engineering, power electronics, DC power, Inverter solutions and/or power conversion and battery backed systems.
- Excellent communication skills in English, written and spoken.
- Good system skills: experience with SAP, CRM systems is preferred. MS Office skills are essential.
- Valid driver’s license and passport for Travel throughout Europe, Middle East & Africa (EMEA).
- Qualified to Degree level in electrical & electronic engineering or equivalent.
- Experience with UPS systems, modular uninterruptible power for critical infrastructure is a strong advantage.
