Job Description

We are looking for an Admin Specialist to support our company’s growth with diverse admin tasks, supporting our Italian team and our colleagues based in other offices across Europe. Key responsibilities will include coordinating day-to-day operations, managing documentation, assisting with invoice processing and supporting business travel services.
Delta Electronics (Italy) Srl has offices in Rome and in Novedrate (CO), however the employee can also work from home. 
The employee can choose to work with a full-time contract or with a part-time contract (minimum 21 hours per week). 

 The main responsibilities will be related to 3 areas:
 
1.    Business Travel Services:
o    Organize and arrange business travel for employees, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation.
o    Manage travel schedules, ensure they reflect travel policies

2.    Invoice Processing:
o    Supporting the team with invoices processing 
o    Coordinate with vendors and finance to track and ensure timely payments.

3.    Operational Support & Coordination:
o    Assist with daily business operations and coordinate with departments to maintain efficient workflows.

Qualifications

•    Fluent English (writing and reading, specifically) and Italian. 
•    2+ years of experience in operations support, administrative, or travel coordination roles.
•    Familiarity with invoice processing and travel arrangements.
•    Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
