Job Description

  1. Primary responsibility: Solution project support, Secondary responsibility : Solution pack/ library development and management 
  2. Assist System Solution team for project execution (programming /commissioning, FAT & SAT training, etc.)
  3. Support solution team during project concept design, quotation, prototyping.
  4. Transfer solution knowledge and documentation to end user and Service team/ASP
  5. Technical issue investigation, resolving with solution team, R&D, communicate with customer via ticket system
  6. Assist Service team for solution issue inspection, fault analysis, conclusion, report using CRM
  7. Solution pack/library development at vertical applications
  8. Prepare Solution training material (PTT, Video, demo kit), conduct training 9. Technical documentation management & reporting.

Qualifications

  1. Degree in Industrial Automation or a related technical field, with strong experience in system integration and control systems; familiarity with Siemens, Schneider, ABB, etc., is essential.
  2. Minimum of 5 years of project execution (on-site) and management experience.
  3. At least 5 years of experience in solution development, programming, commissioning, and conducting FAT and SAT.
  4. A minimum of 5 years of experience in control solutions, safety system architecture, and expertise in control system hardware or control/distribution panel design, production, and installation.
  5. Hands-on project experience (minimum 5 years) in MA/FA/PA segments such as logistics, semiconductors, water treatment, and energy management.
  6. At least 3 years of experience in solution training and technical documentation management.
  7. Proven track record of independent performance; additional commercial knowledge is a plus.
  8. Entrepreneurial mindset with strong intercultural communication skills.
