Job Description

The Payroll specialist is responsible for accurately processing payroll, maintaining records, and ensuring compliance with relevant Dutch laws and regulations. 

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Collect and Update the employee data into payroll system.
  2. Verify attendance and time records for payroll accuracy.
  3. Process regular payroll cycles and calculate wages, bonuses, and deductions accurately.
  4. Prepare payroll reports to the related parties monthly.
  5. Process payroll-related inquiries from employees regarding earnings, deductions, and benefits.

Qualifications

  1. This position is part-time (16-hr per week)
  2. 5+ years of payroll experience with Practical Diploma in Payroll Administration (PDL).
  3. Solid knowledge of payroll regulations and tax laws
  4. Familiarity with local payroll software
  5. Attention to detail and confidentiality.
  6. Dutch and English speaking
