Job Description

We are looking for a Sales Coordinator to support the daily operations for our Data Center Solutions Team and be based in Hoofddorp, NL. Some of the main responsibilities:

  • Supply and demand management between Delta factories and customers
  • Customer inquiry support and coordination for regular channel partners’ sale inquiries
  • Regular pricelists maintain and update support
  • Report collection and reminder to sales team with some preliminary integration.
  • Support on making instructions for trip application, expense reimbursement through our internal system.
  • Regular Data Center meeting arrangement and reminder (like Monthly team meeting etc.)
  • Marketing event support when needed.
  • Following up on projects
  • Support monthly sales report with providing accurate information, sales report consolidation

Qualifications

  • 5+ years proven working experience in Logistics position for Electronics products.
  • Capability in handling dynamic supply and demand activities in operating systems, strong experience in SAP
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Any second European Language or Chinese is considered a plus
  • Profession in negotiation and collaboration with other functions internally.
  • Customer-oriented attitude, attention to detail, work accurately and timely
  • Experience in project management, supplier management, and sales administration
  • Posession of driving licence (open to travel when needed)
