Job Description

For our  Energy Storage Systems (ESS) team we are searching for an experienced Project Manager to help grow our business in Europe.

Your main challenges:

  • Act as technical project manager for new product introduction (industrialization, value engineering) in our factory & customer projects. Manage the involved specialists from R&D & production.
  • Analyze the challenges of the projects, structure the key tasks, clarify the resource & skill requirements, and prepare the project planning & kick-off.
  • Optimize and improve processes, as well as the overall approach.
  • Design and perform the risk management plan to minimize project risks.
  • Project coordination and progress tracking with all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility, as well as delivery of the project.
  • Organize and support on qualification tests to secure the quality.
  • Provide project management support to customers.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field 
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in  System- / Solution Project Management 
  • Ability to understand technical details related to products and systems involved
  • Ability to multi-task and manage various projects simultaneously
  • Leadership skills in a multi-cultural organization
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, Mandarin and/or Dutch are an advantage
  • Advantage: experience in industrialization and value engineering projects
