Job Description

At the start of the internship, you will be enlightened to identifying and mastering the tools and techniques of the products within the Delta electronics automation processes and products. Some of the main responsibilties:  

  • Designing, preparing, and programming semi-automated systems and production lines
  • Preparing technical documentation
  • Setting up and preparing production lines
  • Collaborating on the improvement of manufacturing machines, their testing, and subsequent installation into production
  • Optimizing and standardizing systems according to Industry 4.0
  • Managing the correct and efficient setting of parameters for assigned technological equipment
  • Responsible for process optimization of assigned technological equipment
  • Solving problems related to assigned technological equipment
  • Participating in projects involving changes to technological equipment and related documentation
  • Providing training and technical support for operators/technicians of assigned technological equipment
  • Cooperating with technology, quality, and production departments in solving technical issues
  • Specifying new equipment within assigned technology
  • Collaborating on the launch of new products and technological processes
  • Managing and planning maintenance of assigned technological equipment
  • Designing and creating reports, required documentation, and presentations
  • Coordinating, managing, and motivating subordinate employees
  • takes care of the good name of the company and appropriately represents the company in the scope of its function
  • performance of other work and activities as required and instructed by superiors, as well as internal instructions, regulations, standards, rules or procedures defined for this position

Qualifications

  • Pursuing a degree, relevant to the internship, such as Engineering or equivalent technical degree.
  • Ability to communicate in English
  • Computer literacy
  • Knowledge of manufacturing and technological processes, technical documentation, strong technical knowledge
  • Precision, accuracy, independence, responsibility, analytical thinking
