Job Description

Position Summary:

The FAE Intern will support the Field Application Engineering team in providing technical support and solutions to our clients. This role is an excellent opportunity for a student or recent graduate to gain hands-on experience in the power supply industry, working closely with seasoned engineers to understand and solve real-world engineering problems.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in providing technical support to customers, including troubleshooting and resolving issues related to power supply products.

- Collaborate with the engineering team to develop and test new power supply solutions.

- Participate in customer meetings and technical discussions to understand their needs and requirements.

- Support the preparation and delivery of technical presentations and product demonstrations.

- Help in creating and maintaining technical documentation, including datasheets, application notes, and user manuals.

- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the power supply industry.

- Assist in the development and testing of prototype power supply systems.

- Provide feedback and suggestions for continuous improvement of products and processes.

Qualifications

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.

- Basic understanding of power supply systems and electronic components.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

- Ability to work well in a team environment.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

- Familiarity with CAD software and simulation tools
