Job Description

We are looking for a System Developer with a focus on improvement and development of HR modules and systems.

Responsibilities

  • Identify the HR needs, focus on system development, system testing and implementation of major projects, such as salary increase calculation
  • Identify and design HR module updates to improve the user's experience
  • Act as a point of contact for HR system development related queries and support its development
  • Point out automatization possibilities within the HR processes and lead its development

Qualifications

  • Extensive experience on developing systems and process automation; experience with HR systems is preferred
  • Out of the box thinker and a hands-on expert continuously seeking ways to improve and optimize use of HRIS platforms
  • Strong problem solving/analytical skills with attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
  • Experience with  ASP.net C#, SQL and Power BI are required
  • Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
