Job Description

Delta Electronics is seeking an experienced and dynamic individual to join our team as the Head of Sales for the Telecom Infrastructure and Data Center business in Germany. This key leadership role will be based in Frankfurt and will play a crucial part in driving the growth and success of our business in the region.

  • Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives for the Telecom Infrastructure and Data Center business segment in Germany / DACH
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a high-performing sales team, providing guidance, support, and coaching to maximize their potential and drive results
  • Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market analysis to identify new business opportunities, understand customer needs, and stay ahead of industry trends
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, understanding their requirements and ensuring exceptional service delivery
  • Business Development: Drive business development initiatives, including identifying new clients, negotiating contracts, and expanding our customer base
  • Revenue Growth: Achieve revenue targets and profitability goals for the Telecom Infrastructure and Data Center business in Germany / DACH
  • Collaboration: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, product management, and technical support to ensure alignment and success

Qualifications

  • Several years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of success in the telecom infrastructure and data center industry
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team to achieve targets and exceed expectations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers and colleagues
  • Strategic thinker with a deep understanding of market dynamics, customer needs, and competitive landscape
  • Proven ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies, driving revenue growth and market expansion
  • Technical knowledge of telecom infrastructure and data center solutions is highly desirable
  • Fluency in German and English is required, additional languages are a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field. MBA is a plus
