Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Sales Manager based in Lombardy area for the Industrial Automation business.

The main office for this business is in Novedrate (CO) and the employee’s sales activity will focus on Lombardy and East Piedmont.

The main responsibilities are:

  • To research, identify & develop potential for our product within specified markets or industries
  • To create, maintain and develop a customer database for the company
  • Developing customer relationships with key engineering and technical personnel in agreed target companies and industries.
  • Develop & nurture new market strategies and approaches.

Qualifications

  1. Technical high school diploma or Engineering University degree (preferably in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering). 
     
  2. 7 to 10 years of experience in the Industrial Automation sector, woodworking/packaging/metal cutting/forming would be a plus.
     
  3. Hands-on, technical experience with the products of industrial automation such as PLC, HMI, motion controller, inverter, servo.
     
  4. Working experience within an international company.
     
  5. Highly proficient in spoken and written English and Italian is mandatory.
     
  6. Good interpersonal and communication skills and intercultural awareness.
     
  7. Good organization, planning, analytical and presentation skills.
     
  8. Commitment to deliver quality work and ability to work independently
