With the acquisition of Energy Systems business from Ascom, a Swiss company in 2003, and Eltek ASA, a Norwegian company in April 2015, Delta has inherited the excellent engineering resources and power design knowledge since 1906 and further development into telecom, industrial and medical markets. It is a significant step forward in Delta’s ability to offer complex high-power solutions, a broader product portfolio and strengthened Delta's position in the European market.

We are looking for a Senior HR Specialist to join our international HR Team, operating from our EMEA HQ in Hoofddorp (Amsterdam Area). As a team we are striving to offer the best service to our internal clients and to support the growth of our business even further. Some of the main responsibilities: 

1. Partner with business leaders for HR initiatives.
2. Handle recruitment, onboarding processes and HR related operations.
3. Implement performance management and talent development.
4. Collaborate on compensation, benefits, and learning programs.
5. Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.

1. A Master degree in HR or related field.
2. At least 10 years of progressive HR experience.
3. Strong knowledge of HR policies, process and practices in EMEA region.
4. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with teamwork mindset.
5. Attention to detail and organizational skills.
6. Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
7. English is required on this position.
8. Native speaking in Dutch, French, German, Hungarian, Mandarin or Polish.
9. The position requires full time, on site in the office with few business travel annually.
