We are looking for a new member who can handle HR tasks for our Frankfurt office and also support other HR activities in different location. As a team we are striving to offer the best service to our internal clients and to support the growth of our business even further. • Implement group HR strategy and activity into local level
• Recruit the talent on board
• In charge of employee life cycle
• Support the business for a variety of HR tasks
• Constantly improve HR operation and procedures
• Enhance employee engagement with the stakeholders together
• Locally responsible for HR-contracts and associated agreements
• Local contact to employers association (he-metall)   

• At least 5 years of relevant experience in HR
• Good knowledge of local Labour Law
• Structured thinking and dealing with complexity 
• Strong communication skills and teamwork
• Flexible, agile and looking for the challenges 
• Fluent in German and English
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint
