Job Description

1.  Warranty service tasks

    - Perform warranty service actions in accordance to warranty service processes and standards.

    - Manage warranty claims with customers via available system/tools (e.g. Web Portal, Microsoft Dynamics 365), or email, phone call.

    - Validate warranty claims with SAP.   

    - Perform/arrange warranty inspection in accordance to relevant processes and standards.  

    - Carry out swap/credit actions for accepted claims in SAP.   

    - Arrange repair (internal or exteral) in accordance to agreement and standards.  

    - Carry out losistic tasks related to warranty and repair services   

    - Generate warranty claim/repair report.   

    - Perform warranty/repair inventory control.   

2. Spare parts/units management   

    - Perform routine spare parts/units demand/supply planning.   

    - Carry out spare parts/units usage actions.    

    - Generate/control routine spare parts/units inventory.    

3. ASP Management    

    - Plan ASP training.    

    - Conduct ASP training when necessary.   

4. Repair Delta industrial automation products   

    - Product funtion test/problem finding according to company guideline.  

    - Repair defect products according to Service Mannual.   

    - Control repair quality.    

5. Other tasks assigned by the manager.   

 

 

Qualifications

  • 1. Basic electronic/electrical education.    

    2. Min. 3 years working experience in warranty service.    

    3. Fluent in English and Chinese

    4. Good Microsoft Office skills.     

    5. Basic analytical skills    

    6. Group training skills/experience

Additional Information

* Occasional travel in EMEA area and Asia.
