Job Description
- Management of company cash and treasury activities e.g. collections, cashflows, LC, etc.
- Prepare daily and monthly bank reconciliations: Bank balance to Cash book and to GL.
- Monitor customer AR, follow up with the collection (weekly dunning letters, monthly AR statements) including customer account clearing.
- Credit release of customer deliveries.
- Evaluate and monitor credit limits, credit release of customer deliveries.
- Preparation of monthly reports with comments.
- Determine and agree AP offsets Monthly AP-AR reconciliation with related party.
Qualifications
- Bachelor/Master degree in business management (accountancy & tax) or Finance.
- 3-5 years of experience in AR/Credit controller roles.
- Good knowledge of MS-office applications, especially use of Excel.
- Excellent oral and written speaking skills in the English language. Any second European language is considered a plus.
- You are analytical, accurate and can work independently.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize a demanding workload.
- Familiarity with data entry and analysis.
