We are looking for a Solution Architect for Delta's Energy Infrastructure Solutions business in Europe. You should have a very detailed understanding of the energy ecosystem especially – commercial and industrial applications, grid ancillary services, microgrids, nanogrids, energy storage, and EV charging. You will be responsible for translating customer requirements into solution designs. You will interface with customers and collaborate with internal teams and 3rd-party partners. Understanding and acting according to regulatory requirements is also part of the role.

Your Key Challenges:

• Interface with customers to understand requirements
• Perform site surveys and project feasibility assessment
• Design of competitive solutions with hardware, software and system integration
• Creation of detailed engineering specifications including cabinets and electrical circuits
• Specify BOM and test scenarios
• Define technical specifications and manage outsourced products
• Manage documentation: compliance, certifications, manuals

• Master's /Bachelor's degree in Electrical Power System Engineering or equivalent
• 5-7 years of relevant experience in the energy ecosystem
• Experience in executing energy solution projects  - C&I, Grid Ancillary Services, Renewable Energy
• Experience in Software Domain
• Team player and leadership skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
