Job Description

  • Monitor and analyze sales forecast on SAP/EDI systems and through regular review meetings with customers, logistic partners, and Business Units
  • Prepare sales reports for monthly business reviews
  • Support cross business group / business unit accounts and enforce cross selling activities
  • Elaborate and execute sales plans in alignment with business strategies
  • Business development of new and existing accounts in the EMEA region
  • Develop and encourage a clear and open-style communication, and be the link among the customers, Business Units (BU) and factories in Asia

Qualifications

  • University degree in logistics, business administration or engineering;
  • Minimum 3 years of sales and logistic operation experiences in an international company;
  • Technical background in electronic components would be a big plus;
  • Successful experience in account and logistic hub management would be a plus;
  • Strong capability in Excel and SAP/EDI for order fulfillment and sales forecast analysis;
  • Excellent organizing and prioritizing skills;
  • Excellent teamwork, interpersonal & presentation skills;
  • Good sense of discipline and highly self-driven personality. Respect schedule and timelines
  • Fluency in English. Chinese (Mandarin) is considered as a plus;
  • Team player, open minded, flexible, detail-oriented.
