We are looking for a process automation manager who can help us grow our IABG group from our Eindhoven office. Some of the main responsibilities are:

1. Support/ handling project execution (project evaluation, quotation, proposal,.etc) with channel partners & end users

2. Take overall technical responsibility to ensure channel partner/ end-users applying Delta IABG products and solutions to mass production

3. Responsible for PA channel partners setup, development & performance monitoring.

4. Conduct benchmarking analysis for IABG products/solutions whenever required

5. Report technology and feature trend analysis related to IABG products/solutions on periodical basis

6. Product/solution development, planning, and introduction.

7. Product & project schedule planning, management, communication, and coordination.

8. Formulating product specifications and target costs, evaluating the feasibility of development, conducting the introduction, and controlling the schedule.

9. Carrying out market and product trend surveys and providing R&D departments as a reference for product development.

10. Carrying out product application promotion, assisting in the planning of marketing activities, publicity production, and customer briefing sessions.

11. Proposing product solutions in response to EMEA customer needs, and giving respond on technical specifications to obtain bids.

1. Min. 7 years of project handling experience (project evaluation, quotation, execution) in process automation with applications (i.e. water treatment, Municipal & mining ..etc).

2. Min. 5 years  with SCADA software and previous experience with PA channel partner/SI development & training in EMEA.

4. Solid understanding of Process Automation´s requirements (i.e. water treatment, Municipal & mining ..etc)

5. Bachelor/Master degree in Industrial/mechanical Engineering or equivalent field.

6. Fluent in English. Another second European language is considered a plus.

7.Excellent project management and time management skills.
